Rhubarb

I wasn't really familiar with what rhubarb was until reading this book. Rhubarb is a plant with large leaves that is normally a nice rosy pink color. The leaves are not for consumption, but the stalks can be eaten. The stalks have a tart flavor which makes them ideal for pies and other various foods.
