after thinking about the book i found it interesting the amount of use of imagery through the cars. not only in the types of cars but like how the author uses driving as a symbol about going through life and so on.

yeah because phoenixs supposedly are born from ashes, and the car was bought from Junes insurance money...aka...ashes...
