Affair

This might be a dumb question. Did Desdemona actually have an affair with Cassio, or is that just what Othello thought? I know in the end of the movie they said she was innocent, but was she really?

    No, she never had an affair with Cassio. Iago told Othello that so he would get really angry and kill Cassio.
