Seth, on the homework site, it says "expect some picky ID's". I'm thinking its like an ID test on the whole Dante's Inferno since we only had quotes on the last one.

third canto essay

I read the article about Dante's third canto, and I found it kind of confusing. Did anyone understand the point of it, because all of the quotes were making it confusing for me. I couldn't figure out what the author was trying to convey, compared to what the famous authors had written. I'm not sure what our essay is supposed to be about exactly. HELP PLEASE?!?

Scientology convicted of Fraud in France

This is an interesting article.

I know some of you are interested in the topic of Scientology, what it is, what it preaches, and if it is a "cult" or not. This article is about a trial in France that ended today with a conviction of Fraud against the Church and 6 people who run the church in France. So the church itself was convicted of fraud. Each person named in the trial was fined over $500,000 US dollars. The article is short.
