i keep seeing pictures and paintings depicting Indians on horses. i thought the plains Indians were the only ones to have horses or am i wrong?
No your right i think, its just a stereotype of indians to be on horses
i mean Europeans brought horses to the Americas and there are going to be people riding them; some just happened to be Indians, plus they need some kind of transportation across the trail of tears and other forced migration
I thought they walked mostly, maybe they had horses too. I'm sure they must have had a few horses atleast from the europeans and plain indians.
