i do like the cover a lot, but the boy is not the way i pictured Edgar to look in my mind. You'd think he would be lighter, making him more of a target for the other Native American children at Willie Sherman
I think this cover is a lot better than the one on our books. But I agree with Maryclaire and Hana, the boy on the cover doesn't look like the Edgar I had pictured. The boy on this cover looks more Italian than Native American.

ReplyDeleteI like the expression on his face.. it shows how he has a troubled life and you can picture that face while you read in his perspective.
