I found these which are pretty cool. They are Shakespeare's books illustrated to look like comic books and Othello is one of them. You can buy them on Amazon.com.
This is really cool. Not only does it contain the original text of the play but it has pictures to go along with it. It really helps to have pictures to understanding the sometimes confusing text.
