Senator's offensive remark against Native Americans
This article is about Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) and his history of racist remarks. Last Monday, on Fox news, Reid made a racist statement towards Native American Indians.
Thanks, Zoe, for posting this link; I found the article to be very interesting, especially this part: "Power said that "Injun" is one of two words — the other is "squaw" — that are as offensive to Native Americans as the infamous N-word is to African-Americans because they are throwbacks to a time when Native Americans were defined almost exclusively by negative stereotypes."
