I think the main point was the apache's use of the knife in close quarters. the people said that the only way for the gladiator to win was to capture the indian in the net and get close, but the Apache is most dangerous when at close quarters.
I actually watched this over spring break. They talked about how stealth the Indians were. You wouldn't even notice them approaching you and once they got close, you didn't stand a chance.
The bow and arrows got a lot of kills; they are saying that the reason the Gladiator lost is that they don't have any armor to cover their bare chest with, so they are defenseless against Apache's knives and arrows.
this show is awesome the Spartans are going to win in the end
