Does everyone think that John is the killer? I think that someone else can actually be the killer, or maybe he's schizophrenic that he doesn't know he's killing people?
I think that Sherman Alexie wants us to think that he's the killer, because it does sound like he is. Im expecting a twist because otherwise the book wouldn't be 420 pages if John was the killer, but it could be schizophrenia i guess.
I think he has a lot of resentment towards white people and he must be schizophrenia or has dual personalities. So, when he is himself he just hates white people but if he transitions into another personality of his that’s when he becomes the killer. I think John is the killer but went he is himself he doesn’t know he is.
David Rogers - was kind of a wuss when he was younger, felt reluctant to shoot at the Indians (meant to throw you off)...years later he seems intent on going out with Marie and gets denied...........JUST A THOUGHT (this would be awkward if I was right)
I don't think that John is the killer. I think Sherman Alexie wants us to think that he is, but by the end of the book he will reveal who it really is.
No, I doubt he is the killer as well.. he is too reserved to do such a thing because he's also preoccupied with finding his own background story. I had the exact same thought as Alex D.
I think Marie is suspicious and seems like she'd have no problem with killing a white man. She may actually enjoy it. The only problem with that theory is that she probably is not strong enough to carry the body like the killer did in the book.

Wouldn't that be shocking if since Marie generally disliked white males, she turned out to be Justin's killer?
ohhh yeah thats good lex thats what im looking for something like that or some crazy twist
i dont think John is the killer, that would make a bad murder mystery in my opinion if he was.
