OLDBOY!!
Old Boy is amazing! This movie is really well done, and the sequences are really nicely made. I'm glad Robert found this movie, because I probably wouldn't have seen it otherwise. I'm leaning toward the movie being based off of Oedipus Rex because he's sleeping with his daughter, and neither of them know it, but I'm not sure...what do you guys think?

I highly doubt he's sleeping with his daughter. They both know each other's names, and I think they'd recognize each other's name.
I don't know if the movie is based off of a single Greek tragedy, but rather takes from Greek tragedies.
But I agree, the movie is really good.
I agree with both of you. I think the movie is very good and I probably would not have seen it on my own. I also would not have been able to make the Greek tragedy connection if it was not brought to my attention. Now that is has been pointed out I am able to make the connection to many different Greek tragedies.
yeah sorry i should have said that there was a spoiler alert in this comment, but yeah it actually is his daughter...he was in prison for 15 so she would have been a baby!
That movie had quite an ending. It pulled an M. Night Shyamalan (what a tweest) and blew my mind. I really liked it. Great movie.
