I actually was watching Intervention tonight before I saw the email Ms. Deckard sent to us about watching it. It was interesting but quite disturbing at the same time. The first person on the show, Allison, had an addiction to inhaling household products. This clip is from part one of the episode. I think y'all should watch!

Uhh, I'm pretty sure that with an aerosol you have to spray it into a plastic bag or onto a rag, but hey, it's TV, and TV is magic.
Shiloh. I like that you know that? haha Also, I happened to catch part of the show. It was pretty interesting. I think its crazy that there are actually people that do that! Does that mean that a person that likes to smell sharpies or expo markers in on their way to a serious addiction? ha. I hope not! Anyway this makes it clear why there are many household products and paint thinners ect. that young people are not allowed to buy in certain places by law.
I found this episode of Intervention to be intriguing yet sad. The story of the police officer's son was especially touching for me. Someone who dedicated his life to prevent others from harm and had extra care for his son, lost his son to a product he bought. Huffing is gaining popularity amongst teenagers due to the availability and the cheap cost of inhalants.
Just finally got around to watching this, very interesting, and also, I would like to know how people get addicted to this stuff...i wouldn't want to do that every day...or at all for that matter
