I agree with Shelley totally...I read I book last summer called the Absolutey True Story Of An Half Indian. I read it before I was taking Native American Lit and I really enjoyed it. The book's a really quick read and pretty funny. It's by Sherman Alexie and one of the best parts is that the book is accompanied by comics. Everyone should pick it up.
