Iago?

I thought that this was funny that the Iago from Aladdin, and the Iago in Othello share the same deceptive characteristics.

yea they're both annoying and get away with things they should and that aggravates sooo much

Iago in Aladdin is more obnoxious and loud (he is deceptive but is obvious and easy to notice) while Iago in Othello is more sly and smooth when he does his evil plots and stuff

Also, Iago in Aladdin is 'a bad guy' because he resents being ruled by the sultan much like Iago in Othello hates being under Othello. Iago in Aladdin pulls the wool over the sultan's eyes by not letting him know how he really feels about forcing him to eat crackers and Iago in Othello fools Othello by pretending to happily follow Othello's orders.
