Good job - you get it - his reactions are totally bizarre and disjointed from the real world.

Metamorphosis Questions: Michelle, Prissy, Ed, and Stephanie.

1.“I am about to lose even the slightest desire to stick up for you in any way at all.”
“I hope its nothing serious. On the other hand, I must say that we business men-fortunately or unfortunately, which ever you prefer- very often simply have to overcome a slight indisposition for business reasons.”
Mr. Manager is very strict on Gregor and demands a lot on him.
2. Gregor feels sad because he wants his family to love him but they can’t stand the sight of him. His feelings are abnormal because bugs can’t experience human emotions and understand them the way that we can. Even after turning into a bug, he is still more concerned with his job.
4. The mother and the father rely on him for moral and financial support because the father lost his job and has not worked in five years. The mother does not work. His sister is encouraged to maintain playing the violin and continue school, which puts more pressure on him to make more money. He later finds out that they have enough money to live for a year. This should make him mad but instead he is just happy his family has money.
