This is how I pictured the scene in my head while reading part 1. Sooo creepy.
I pictured Gregor as a beetle with a man's head
i can't picture Gregor with any human qualities because the family does not seem to believe Gregor will ever get better.
yea i agree with Robert, and if he had a human head then he could probably speak normally. I did picture him with smaller arms though.
i pictured him as like a terrible scary looking bug, like a freak bug with razor teeth because everyone feared him so much.
yea this is gross. if i was part of his family i would definitely squash him and just say he never came home...
I agree with Robert that Gregor doesn't have any human characteristics. He loses all human qualities and that's why he turns into a bug in the first place. He was like a robot at his job. Who else can never miss a day of work in five years?
Did anyone else notice that the blanket on Gregor's bed is like an Escher drawing and goes from a human form to a bug shape?
