i the hardest part is Edgar's age and its unbelievable the things he goes through and situations he over comes. it makes it hard to think a child/teenager could do all of these things

i think one of the hardest things to grasp is Lana and Barry's relationship. We thought Lana was devouted to her family and then to see her and Barry of all people to have a relationship shocked everyone.

the hardest things to digest have been the examples of sexual acts. i think theyre very disgusting and unexpected in a book that you would read in school.

i think one of the hardest parts is the fact that edgar is constantly around drugs and in barry's car he witnesses him doing heroine

"heroine" is the female form of "hero".

I couldn't stand the way nelson treated Edgar. When Nelson made him eat poop, that was just way out there.

the hardest part for me was..."she didn't like the way nicholas carried on so easily with him, spinning him around in the air tickling him until he squealed for mercy"(402). i thought it was really sad that he could of been that happy his whole life but instead he was tortured at willie sherman and stalked by barry
